Chennai Police Commissioner Orders Prompt CSR Issuance at Stations

Chennai Police Commissioner A. Amalraj has instructed police personnel to promptly issue Community Service Register (CSR) acknowledgements to complainants at police stations, including Anna Nagar. Over the past three days, he inspected 12 stations and emphasized the need for proper seating, timely CSR issuance, and avoiding repeated visits for complainants. He also directed the removal of old vehicles from station premises and increased surveillance in vulnerable areas.
